Has anybody here had any luck with WINE? Just checking, since it has given me trouble in the past. Thinking about giving it another shot.

iago, Newby, Quik and Krazed all play games on Linux fairly regularly, I'm pretty sure.

I use to play Q3 on Linux. But ATi can blow my nuts... I miss Linux gaming

Cedega works very well.

Sadly, it's commercial. But it has a free 15-day trial. And there's always Bittorrent...

Without configuration / messing with installation parameters, I couldn't even get notepad to run.
