Funny enough, I was reading through some of this today.

What am I up to right now? Battling a case of insomnia, late night gaming. Woo

Did you inject cryptocurrency miner logic into Fortnite or something? ;)

It'd suck, but like, I probably wouldn't lose sleep over it.

Well said.

Oh right the whole reason I came here - if we ban iago, he can't access the forum and shut it down, and it stays up for good. I'll get on that.

SSL certs are automatable and free now with letsencrypt. No reason to not keep this place around so we can all be embarrassed by our 14yo selves.

+1 to letsencrypt - I come by and laugh at how dumb I once was/how much has not changed.

Can just cron renewing the cert, too, as simple as:

Code: [Select]
$ certbot renew --standalone

that's Acrobat Reader not PDF

i use Foxit PDF Reader and it loads in about a second
Omg, you got a fact right! But still, 1.3 MB is rather large for a screenshot :P

Haha.  That is puny!

Hah, I have literally ~30gb of games if I installed all of the installers I have. And then if you add all the CDs I have, probably another 6-7 gb. ;)

Wooooah there!

Funny how shit has changed in a decade w/ tech.

He works at the purple company?

@sidoh: Busy. Real busy. Good news is my brilliance is recognized on a daily basis at work, bad news is I'm not the CEO yet. Working on it. :(

@joe: I have for quite a while now! Where have YOU been?

More likely it was this:

Quoting posts appears to be broken for me..

RESOLVED - WORKSFORME.  My favorite way to close a bug!

REOPENED - if you click "Insert Quote" while you're already posting a quote, say, if I were trying to quote Sidoh..

<here's where the quote would be if it worked>

.. that's the quote method that's broken. It's valid!

General Discussion / An MMPI exam
« on: August 21, 2013, 11:09:39 PM »
A while back I took an MMPI exam a friend administered. It was pretty awesome. Flash forward a few years and I discover -- it'll even do the interpretation of your response (which is the annoying part). If you're concerned with having your personality displayed on the internet, take comfort in the fact that the site doesn't appear too popular and there's nothing to tie any submission to you save for an IP, and if you're that worried just use Tor. You should be using Tor for anything you do anyway, especially if you live in the good ol' US of A!

Take note that there's no point in lying on the exam, it just makes the results inaccurate and what's the point in learning something untrue about yourself?
