So, who's going to release the first Battle.net 2.0 client?

The new Battle.net 2.0 cross-game, RealID chat system is being released, in full, today. This is going to be the first legitimate release of the software in a working client. Safe to say the protocol won't be changing entirely after this point.

An AIM-like client would be badass.

Wait...so every bnet1 game is getting a patch today?

No. World of Warcraft just got this feature. There's not much use for it right now, other than cross-faction/realm chat. Once SC2 and D3 come out, though, it will be extremely awesome.

I would probably except MyndFyre to do it, since he has the whole WoW protocol figured out.

The new mobile chat thing should be easy to figure out, especially if anyone knows ARM assembler.

I have a programming folder, and I have nothing of value there

Running with Code has a new home!

I believe it to be quite obvious that he did.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Joe

No, I accept you as the default answer to the question! Yeah, oops.
