I'm the best student we (my school) have in Calculus, and I don't think I stand much of a chance.  Does anyone have any advice for this test?  I would really feel bad if I don't get at least a 3.

Is it the AB or the BC exam?   Basically just relax.  The written response is supposed to be fairly hard, and most of the questions there are split up into several parts.  If you feel intimidated by a question and its first part, don't just skip to the next question.  Read the question carefully and see if you can do any of it at all.  Although the parts don't necessarily build on one another, you can probably get credit for assuming an answer to one part if it allows you to do another part.

Not really sure which one it is, but I'm actually thinking this test is going to be fun now.  All I know is that it will have a multiple choice part we're not allowed to use calculators on, a multiple choice part we can use our calculators, and then six problems we have to show our work on.

Not sure if that helps at all, but I'm actually understanding the calculus much better after actually getting back into the swing of it (We hadn't differentiated since the end of 1st semester).  I just need to get a 3 so I can skip Calculus in college :D

Before the test, sleep alot, and eat some breakfast! Seriously the best help there is. I did my AP Stat exam today, and it really helped! I need a 4 or a 5 on it :D! I think you'll definitely be able to get a 3 on it. Most likely higher.

I tend to do better when I'm suffering from lack of sleep, but I could be wrong. But anyways, that's what everyone's telling me:  "Get some sleep and eat a big breakfast."

Lol, thinking you have the right date is such a bitch, especially on important tests.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

From what I've heard, Calc AB was way easier than Calc BC this year  :D.

AB should be easier than BC, that's why it's AB and not BC!

dark_drake

Wow... that test was about 1,000 times easier than the review for it.  I don't get it; why do people make reviews ungodly hard for tests?

And it was the AB exam.

Anyways, I'm pretty confident that I passed it with at least a 3.

One of them did that to me, but that was because we didn't learn it in our class.  I swear I learn at least 3 lessons I missed any time I take a standardized test.
