I always wondered what it'd be like to like.. Work. I just applied to several different places, and it's like a weird feeling. Like, I'm losing my freedom so soon, or something to that degree.

Anyways, in order of my choice:
Subway- Sandwich Store: Good food, applied.
Jamba Juice- Smoothie Store: Popular, nice attiture, applied.
Ralph's- Grocery Store: Meh. EZ work. Applied.
Taco Bell- Fast Food: Hate the location, food is decent, only applying 'cause I know some noobs ( And some Newby's ) that love their food.

By the way, you're not 18, so you can apply for withholding and not pay much money to the government. If you have withholding, only a small portion of your paycheck goes to social security (7% iirc) and that's pretty much it.

Grocery stores are always easy work.  I started working for tips only 3 years ago and now I make $11/hr, you just have to have the incentive and show that you want to work.

I was making right under $11/hr ( $10.65/hr ) before then, now I'm right over $11/hr ( $11.10/hr ), and that's because of the performance evaluation held every 6 months.

I'm not really, this shopping centre right next to me has all of those places. It'd be nice to have the option to walk to/from work. There are some other options that don't interest me ( Michael's ) some that I wanted to get in, but there's an age minimum of 17 ( Kohl's ) and.. Some I really want to get into, but are probably very full ( Game Crazy ).

In FL you can have a job at 14 :P. The maximum amount of hours I can work is low or something though.
