The police arrived at the scene of a suicide. The room had no windows, and thus no witnesses. The man had hung himself from the ceiling (not choked himself, but snapped his neck in traditional hanging style) yet the detectives could not figure out how. There was no chair beneath him, no table, or anything else he could have jumped from. The only clue was him, and a puddle of water.

How did he kill himself?
