Why are there 23 lines of comment for each line of code...?

There isn't. There's 23 lines of C# documentation per line of code. Anything with 3 slashes is documentation, like JavaDoc.

Anything without 3 slashes is crap right?
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

2. What did you get out of taking a (bad) stab at my coding style?
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.
