The comedy club in El Paso gives out 2 different braclets (under & over 21).

But I guess if you're military they usually over look what age you are and just let you drink.  I have a friend that goes to El Patio (a bar in Mesilla, NM) and he is younger than I am (I turn 21 in like 29? days).  Have another friend that has gone, he is 18 still.

That's crazy. In Winnipeg, they're looking at a $1500 fine plus shutting down the bar for a couple days if they get caught. And they generally come by the bar and check IDs at least once every week or two.

Sadly, they couldn't fit the whole audience in the picture. They extend to the left and right, and to the back wall.

I think only private places do that...just as like an "oh well, you're serving so I'll serve you."  Those that do here are the smaller establishments

The first picture was during one of my guitar solos, and he has quite a bit of energy in the other. The picture of the crowd was before the show, so they aren't going that crazy.

I don't know why you're trying to judge the energy of the singer based on 2 still pictures.
