Dumb people, to me at least, can be VERY amusing.  There is on girl I met that is like UBER dumb.  She didn't know what the KKK was, then after she found out she asked my friend (who is black) if he was in it.  Someone said 'concur', she asked what 'cur' was

That's not dumb, that's ignorant.  There was a time that I didn't know what KKK was (in fact, there was a time when ALL of you didn't, unless you were born knowing), but that doesn't make us dumb.
