I've waited so long for that to happen!  Such a beautiful law!

I can see this being hotly contested.

On one hand, it's a basic right/drive of every living being to procreate, and taking away that right is morally wrong.

On the other hand, I've said before that part of every prison sentence should be sterilization (not that I agree with it in practise, just in concept; it makes a good basis for discussion).

I saw a ruling in Texas? where a judge ordered that the woman have no children for something like 5 years, INSTEAD of her doing time in prison.
