Register the CD key with your battle.net account, and it'll let you download it! Pirating the game itself is probably as simple as asking somebody else to send it to you, now. Getting a CD key that you can use, and register to an account, is probably the more difficult part.

No, I mean the first way, but the website you get them from gives replacements if the ones you buy ever go in use.  :D

More legal than the first way, too.  Slightly.  Maybe.
