I ended up going with the planets theme, though I did consider using the Mountains theme at first.  I was disappointed that the Planets theme didn't ask which planet I was from. :-/

I'm using the Sunset theme at the moment.

The themes feature is great but my one criticism is that it can make emails hard to read...

I think my biggest criticism right now is that you can't turn it off, or at least switch to the old theme. The default 'classic' theme looks nothing like the old theme.
