Burritos can be okay if they don't have cheese and/or sour cream on them. And they aren't cooked in lard.

Other than that, beans and veggies are good for you! :)

GOD NO. I just stopped eating burritos all day. Which blows, but hey, salads can be okay from time to time.
Minor pet peeve: vegetarianism != salads. I personally don't like salad.

Haha same. Salad and french fries = default in restaurants, and I hate them. :)

That was what I was getting at. I'm not going vegetarian - I'm simply doing healthier things. Like eating salads and taking multi-vitamins.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

If you eat healthy you don't need multi-vitamins. Don't load up on the red meats, opt for lean white meat instead. Have multiple types of fruits throughout the day, and if you eat salads that covers your subsistence from vegetables.

Don't opt for salads "because they're healthier" blindly, do note that salad dressings are horrible for you, on average.  Try to avoid creamy dressings and stick with things like vinaigrettes.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Oil + vinger and sometimes viniagrette are the only kind I've been using. Mostly the former, since I'll just convince my mom to make me a salad out of apathy.

The oil part of vinegrettes isn't all that good either. :)

Salad dressing, sugar cereal, granola bars.. there are so many things that people generally believe to be healthy that aren't.

The way I see it, most people won't eat a dry salad, and a vinaigrette is a brazillion times better for you than a caesar/ranch dressing.  Opt for the better of two evils.

I prefer some lemon juice... which also happens to be fine for you.

Hmm, haven't tried that before! I use just vinegar sometimes, which is kinda similar. :)

Chavo

I won't say that I never use salad dressing, but I rarely do.  I prefer the flavor of the actual vegetables[/fruits] in the salad!  Mmmm cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach leaves, fresh romaine (or if stuck with iceburg, the hearts), red bell peppers, and mushrooms.

When I think of people who are vegetarians or vegans... I always picture in my mind a skinny/athletic, fit, healthy person... but it seems this girl I know IRL, who is the only real vegetarian I know personally, is overweight... >_<;  Eating healthy means squat if you don't exercise I guess.
