Weeks before/during trip to D.C.:
She flirts w/me.  I ask her out, she says "I dont think we should date."  Me: fine.  She continues to be flirty
On trip her best friend notices "sexual tension" between ex and I ... still flirtiness.

Friday:
Dude is flirting with ex, she doesnt stop it/back away/whatever.  She texts me saying "shane is hitting on me. i am not ok with that"

Saturday:
We all went to El Paso (50miles away), Shane/dude is flirting with her, she doesnt stop it/bac away/whatever.  On drive home (she drove me from house to univesity) she says "that was slow torture"

Today:
Jokingly she says "how did we ever date?" when talking about coffee

Just now:
Ex's friend: she is going home with shane.












1) WHY IN THE FUCK DO PEOPLE FEEL THE NEED TO TELL ME ABOUT THE SEXUAL GOD DAMN ESCAPDES OF MY EX WHILE YOU FUCKING KNOW I STILL LIKE HER?!

2) God damn it. :(

A better question would be, why do you put yourself in situations like that?

And I noticed that you mostly talk about your women troubles when you drink.

Situation for her friend to talk to me or ... ?  I've stopped hanging out with/talking to my ex, I need to get over her completely.


Drinking is something I like, same with the dog ... I drink and play with the dog when I want to enjoy myself.  It just good times, I'd like to have good times now.

1) If we had good bars I would go because they're expensive.
2) Women at bars are *usually* not the sort of women I'd like to date.  I'm not looking for a "good time" and I don't want a chick who is "looking for a good time" which is what my last 'serious' girlfriend was.



I guess maybe at this age I should be looking for a good time?  I'm just not in that mind set :-\

Nothing that a few more beers can't fix! :)

But think about it, we're all still young, so there's nothing wrong with having fun while we still can. Once we're in our late 20's or early 30's, that's when we can begin to look for our significant other. By that time, we should know what qualities we do/don't want in a woman.

At least that's the way I see it. :)

That's the way I'm beginning to see it :-\.

I'm not really one for instability, though.  My definition of fun is not really casually dating a number of women, oh well though.  I've got the dog at least :D

I need to buy the book "The Game" I'm told.  Folks said it's pretty good.  Mentions something like "if you're overly hung up you may have one-itis, to cure this after a break up go out and sleep with 5 women."  Also says date many women, then compare/contrast them to find the qualities about women that tend to hold true throughout the sex.

Maybe I should buy it.
