How so? You lost weight... without exercise... or paying for a dieting program... I think he should be very proud.

I'm pretty sure I already said it, but losing weight is only good if you're overweight and weak.  Otherwise, if you lose weight by doing nothing, it probably means you've lose muscle mass.

From what I've seen in his pictures, it doesn't look like he has much he can lose, like you said (somewhat)... So I'd say 20lbs sure is a great deal and he should seriously start going out places (being serious)...
