Lately, I've been getting a lot of garbage e-mail. Probably 9/10 e-mails are junk. Some are from "support@dark-wire.net" "administrator@dark-wire.net," etc, claiming they've suspended my acount due to polocy violations. At first they scared me until I realized that it was a complete scam. It took about 2 seconds, seeing as how the administrator of miffsex's webhosting company wouldn't be sending me e-mails using the dark-wire.net domain.

Anyway, I'm looking for a good spam filter to help this. I already have SpamKiller enabled on CPanel, it's not helping (with these e-mails, anyway).

Thanks!

I use Thunderbird's built-in spam filter.  It doesn't get everything, but it's probably right on 95% of the spam it finds.

Hmm, ok. I guess I'll give Thunderbird a shot. I've been using Outlook 2003. I really like it, but if it can't do spam and Thunderbird can, it's going to get screwed. :)

Thanks, iago.

Your right iago, and the spam that does get through you can mark as spam, which prevents it from being missed twice.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...
