I prefer a source that I can depend on.  You can't depend on Wikipedia.

I use dictionary.com, thanks to adblock, but I wouldn't call it the "best" one.

Yes, define: is handy. I love Wikipedia too, but I don't use it for simple definitions - more for when I need actual information.
