Yeah, I'm short on cash, so I'm selling my source code instead of making my projects open source.

1) You will get the full source code, support for it, and any upgrades made to it.
2) You will be the only one to get a copy of the source code. Once you've bought it, the only people who will ever have it are you and myself, except under rule 3.
3) You have full rights to the source code. You can distribute it, use it in your projects, or even slap your name on it and say you wrote it (even though thats lame.)
