Exactly why I said it's not plausible. Besides, writing the instruction set to change x86 to MIPS wouldn't be cost effective.

Whatever.  I've heard it translates instructions.  I'll have to take your word for it.  I really have no clue what's going on inside them.

This is not plausible because the Xbox uses the x86 instruction set, and PS2 uses the MIPS instruction set. This is why you'll see the implementation of the 360's compatibilty with regular Xbox games to be spotty at best, because the 360 uses PPC cores which don't run x86.

So, in essence, you're full of shit.

uh actually you can come visit Minnesota sometime dude...  tell me a game u want to play from ps2 and ill put it on my xbox for you.
