Facebook killed the radio star. And by radio star, I mean the premise of distributed forums around the internet. And that got got by Instagram/SnapChat. And that got got by TikTok. Where the fuck is the internet we once knew?

... because pirated versions might come with spyware.  Microsoft put out a warning that pirated software is often packaged with spyware.  So don't you guys even THINK of pirating Vista.

(Disclaimer: I have to say this; this is not anti-Microsoft.  It's simply for a dicussion of what you think of the issue of pirating software, or something.)

LOL, I think MS should put identity-finding software in Vista versions and then put them on the torrent tracker.  :P

I have a programming folder, and I have nothing of value there

Not when the pirated version is a direct rip of a real cd.   :)

Maybe MS should put some protection on their cds?
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

That'd be awesome. I plan to buy Vista, even though I've never purchased a windows version.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

I must be a true addict to World of WarCraft to even begin agreeing with that. I don't know if I want to dish out the $400 dollars to buy it, or how I'll even come up with it, but there is a slight possibility I might get it.

You might be right about that, Joe.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

But you can't find a way to conjure $3 for a book? ...

Personally, I think there definitely have been a few cases of this.  I honestly don't think it's much for the average "pirate" to worry about; Microsoft is probably using this as a tactic to keep people from pirating their software.

I dont know if this has anything to do with the topic at hand.

But someone once told me that all verisons of XP have spyware on it so Windows can watch your activity while your using their product. Like Child pornagraphy for example. I like to think that :kiddy porn" Is the must underground thing you could possibly do on the internet. Know if cases of Child pornagraphy are popping up all over the united states who is feeding them this information?
