Jesus christ. I am sure they could do the same with 33 shammys. I have seen a video of a shammy doing a 25k crit.

Probably.

However, that 25k crit was with 30+ stormstrikes stacked on him.  It's not a valid figure... :P

I don't think that there's a player applied fire vunerability that will allow for a 25,000 crit.
