About the Navy, ever heard of the USS Cole Newby?

So, one ship bombing in the last 100 years makes the Navy a bad choice? Waaaah.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

One of my cousins is a Commander in the navy.  He's out in Hawaii.  Aside from that I don't know much about him :\

Read above it was in all definitions a free lunch. [...]  However, I have gotten an assload of mail from the Marine Corps and their local recruiter called me once over the summer inquiring about my future plans.

They tried, though.
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.
