And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

The once grove of splendor,
Aforetime crowned by lilac and lily,
Lay now forevermore slender;
And all winds that liven
Silhouette a lone existence;
A leafless oak grasping at eternity.

Meh.  There was an article on a prototype someone built to make a holographic storage device out of a scotch tape roll.  Something like 10 gigs IIRC.  Very cool technology, but this article is nothing new :/

That's not at all surprising... considering Moore's law isn't at all linear, I really doubt won't be some time before 2010.  I don't really understand how that's suprising, either.  In twenty years, I'm positive that we'll be pitying ourselves for using silly 500 GB drives.
