Internet Bandwidth.

Yesterday, I was downloading gigs and gigs of files for a few different games I wanted to have on my computer. Today my download speeds seem rather slow and it's taking longer for me to access websites. Do ISP's just take away from your bandwidth when you're reaching the limit? I'm not exactly sure how it works, my ISP is MTS.

Depends. Some cut you off completely, some just cap your bandwidth to something similar to that of a dial-up.

MTS has no limits.

Maybe you burnt out your router? :P
