They seem to have a crappy way of suspending sites.  I'd put a message saying "this site is suspended", not redirect to "suspended.site"

Yeah, probably bandwidth. The last time they were suspended it was because they had a forum with over 40 users online at once, which can be a bandwidth problem. :P

Maybe he needs more donations so that he can get unlimited bandwidth, however I believe Morgan donated the hosting completely.

The fact that the whole SERVER is down isn't that good.. but yeah, I did get a "suspended.page could not be loaded" thing.

The server isn't down, my page works fine. Stealth does pay for that bandwith, too. He probably hit limit this month because of the new release; I can talk to Morgan about getting the site back up. He's pretty good about those things.

For me the server was down, and my DNS servers are 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2
Why did I think the server was down? Astriks.com, StealthBot.net, Quikness.com, and Cold-Chaos.net were all down. And I couldn't access the main Forge page either.

You should have checked if you can access RCRS.  That's on that server, but doesn't use a dns :)
