Simple suggestions?  Needs to be professional, it is too busy and doesnt mess too well right now

For the business card I agree, but something like this is fine for powerpoint

It's too big, I think.  Banners should be able to get their point across without being so big.

Your current one is 200px in height.  You have to consider that this is 33% of the screen for someone who's running 800x600 resolution.  I've ran into lots of older people who turn up the resolution because it makes everything easier to read.

I'll ask my friend if he wants it smaller or larger, I doubt he'll want it changed, though.

Any how, this is for powerpoints and/o0r maybe bix cards...they can chrink it however they want

I was under the impression that it was for a website.  It doesn't really matter if its used for other things.

Have you tried moving the slogan(?) closer to the company name?

Other than that, it looks fine I think.
