This movie looks really dumb to me.  I'll probably see it in a few years on USA or FX or something.

Why does it look dumb? I really like the old type of slasher movies and stuff that they're based on, so this is like the perfect movie for me.

I've tried watching both of those.  I get a little way in and change the channel; they're just not very good movies to me. If you like them, that's fine, but it's not making the movies any more appealing to me.

Yeah, I thought Kill Bill was terrible.  I haven't seen Pulp Fiction, but I hear the only reason it's any good is because Samuel L Jackson is in it.

Samuel L. Jackson does make Pulp Fiction great, but there are still tons of funny parts without him.

There's your problem.  They're best uncensored.

I never liked "From dusk till dawn," that was annother Tarantino and Rodriguez film, and it was really bad. But, "Desperado" and more so "Once upon a time in Mexico" were good (Rodriguez), and also "Reservoir Dogs", and "Pulp Fiction" were good. So, I'm hoping that this will be good, 'cause it's like, two individual films, suposidly.

This movie is fucking awesome. Yes, it's two movies. It's supposed to be a kickback to 80s double features. The first movie is directed by Rodriguez and is a zombie movie, it was amazing. In between the two movies are fake trailers for movies that don't really exist. The highlight of the entire thing was the fake trailer for a movie called "Thanksgiving". The second movie is the one directed by Tarantino, and it was great too. If you like 80s sleaze/exploitation movies, zombies, gore, and have a morbid sense of humor, this is the movie (movies?) for you. Otherwise, don't bother. It doesn't have any of the boring stuff like production values, or cinematography.

edit: Highly reccomended to iago, I know he likes bad movies just as much as I do.

Lmao!  That is exactly why I want to see it.  It just looks so stupid it has to be great!
The once grove of splendor,
Aforetime crowned by lilac and lily,
Lay now forevermore slender;
And all winds that liven
Silhouette a lone existence;
A leafless oak grasping at eternity.
