It -could- be a program in startup that's causing it, but I highly doubt it. If it is, however, just delete all of the programs/whatevers that are on the startup list.Typically, if there's a corrupt file for a startup program you'd get an error message opposed to a full restart. /shrug I don't know much from there. :[

tbh bbq

50-60 = ezmode. There's a lot of quests available for ya, through EPL,WPL, Winterspring, and Silithus.

Having no twinks in 50-59 makes it better, IMO. No warriors getting four-shotted by rogues.

I heard the same thing, Sidoh, about it taking the same time to get from 1-60 is it will 61-70.. But I think that if you add up all the experience to get from 1-60, and compare it to the amount of experience to get from 60-70 it'll be the same. And like.. There'll be higher mobs which give like 1k XP per drop and bigger quest XP rewards and such so I doubt it'll take as long.

Oh, and I got my dorf priest to 60, has a few epics, and a warrior to like 40.

What's a weird thought is that people are going to be like 10-manning MC @ 70. :[ And zomg, Saph was just taken down (2nd-to-last Nax boss.)

I'd get it if I were you. It's incredibly useful, especially with the games I play.

For example, in America's Army:

Hmm, I see that Shah's playing AA..

*Right click Shah's name, click join game, it opens up AA and automatically goes into that game.*

Like iago said, this is just another one of this speculative arguements that'll never end.

Personally, I'm for abortion.

Situation: Mom is going to have a baby.

Probable causes for getting abortion:

1. Can't afford it. A baby is very time and money consuming, and I'm sure many people can get into a situation where they will be pregnant and be unable to provide financial support. If this is the case, then both the mother and the kid will suffer from poverty, which will fuck up the kid even more than a mother who couldn't afford him/her in the fist place.

2. Doesn't want it. The mom might completely hate the thought of having a child of her own, and then what will become of the child? The mother will be forced to nurture and raise a child that she didn't want in the first place. Or, the child might go into an orphanage, and we all know that that'll bring loads of fun in that person's life. Sure, I'd choose an orphanage over death but the babies don't have the conscience to make that choice.

I just used the mother in this example. I could mix in the father and add a few more reasons but those are too extensive.

Make a card. "So.. I heard you had a stroke." Tell them they didn't have a "crap dude, your dad died.. that sucks" card, and that was the best you could find.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

I like /quit. I've heard there's a lot of grinding and gaining levels through doing instances in the 46-60 level range, but I know there's more quests out there. I've exhauseted all the ones in Tanaris, Hinterlands has a lot of quests that lead to it but not too many of its own, wtf m8 where can I go?!?!11/

I don't want to grind to 50, kthx.

Blizzard, WoW and Bots / Re: Switching servers.
« on: July 22, 2006, 02:47:28 am »
Speaking of switching servers, I have a couple of options ahead of me.

A group of guys I play with and I all had characters on Earthen Ring, where I had a Noam Warrior, whom I fell in love with at first kill. But tragic struck, and the guys made horde chars on pvp, so I followed. But I just can't bring myself to leave Sloro (noam) all alone. :[

So, I think I'm going to transfer him to Feathermoon!.. Even though the guild I'm with there is falling apart.

Oh well, I have enough money on my priest to get him some pretttttty nifty enchants ( he already has crusader on his Whirlwind, lolz.

Feathermoon? Since this Tank has no wear to go bring him over to Maelstorm and I can get you an guild invite ASAP. That way you can play with us if you get board or something instead of making a level 1 account and leveling.

I don't think so.

To keep with the rest of this thread..

1. I don't think you can go from RP to RPPVP
2. Dunno what Maelstrom offers me, I might get him going on it if I had something to look forwards to.
3. My priest is loaded ( as far as a level 45 goes ) on Feathermoon.

ComiCon International comes to San Diego every year, and is the biggest convention on the West Coast.

For all you who don't know, here's what it is:

All the famous, big-named companies, with a lot of medium-popularity, and some people who are trying to start their career come here. The companys that show up:
Blizzard
Marvel
Wizards of the Coast
LotR staff
Star Wars staf

Etc. All the cool stuff any gaming nerd/geek/internet user or whoever can have a fun time at.

I mean, the place is amazing, and the things it features is absolutely astonishing. It takes place in Downtown San Diego, inside the Convention Center, taking up all the rooms. They just removed the partitions to make it a friggin' huge room, probably like 300 yd x 200 yd, packed FULL with awesome shit.

For example, the Blizzard section is what I'm in love with. The new WoW expansion is coming out soon, and the booth they had let the people there play the two new races that are coming out before anyone else.

The DnD section is where my friend started to play, which makes me laugh. From one hystierical DM, preaching to all the newbs on what a d20 means is how many of them start to experience such a fucking fun, creative table-top RPG. Hilarious to see them doing the Basic Starter's Set when I remember doing the exact same thing so long ago.

I mean, jesus. There's an incredible amount of people here. News reporters, Star Wars fanatics ( In groups of 30+ all dressed up as the republics, just cruising around the convention to make sure everything is going alright and there's no Jedis up to mischeif, lmao it's hilarious ).. The place is heaven. I'll be posting a lot on this thread later, with some pictures of the place.

This is really the only convention I've been to, and it's setting the standards very very high. I would very highly recommend anyone here go stop by if you have a chance. It's something you'll want to see.
