Only thing remotely impressive is the HDR Audio.

The CryEngine seems like a much more mature platform to work with. They have one of the most insane editors I've ever seen.

I mean, if these guys at Dice can pull off an even more robust shader system and support more DX10 features then all the power to them. Competition is good.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

That looks pretty awesome, considering the crappy quality of the video.  My favorite line was "The HGR Audio system makes loud sounds sound really loud...and quiet sounds sound loud"

Yeah, I was mostly highlighting it here for the audio part, which, in my head, is a little bit wiser then going all out on video.  People these days have old video cards still and a lot of people are still in the process of realizing it's time to upgrade (I blame all the recent game releases).  But something almost everyone has is a speaker/sub woofer system.  Making something look good is only half of the battle..  sound is pretty good to have to.

A friend of mine just bought a surround sound system for his computer so he could play Mass Effect.  It's pretty damn cool.
