This one was started a loooooong time ago, this rogue was in the 40s when I started my pally and my druid ( which are both 70 ).  He even has his Private tag still, woot!

My rogue is old as well, I pvped on him for a bit long before I had any max level characters so he proudly wears his lame corporal title

Got it to 65 in a rush to hit 70 before 2.4 came out, obviously failed and was side tracked by new patch :)

As a mage? Sorry but any rogue worth anything will absolutely shit on a mage.

I start attacking? Polymorph, Combustion, Fireball (side effect: DoT, no vanish FOR YOU), Fire Blast, Frost Nova, Fireball, Fire Blast, DEAD.

He starts the attack? Stun, blink, polymorph and look ^.

Rank 1 AE if he manages to vanish

Obviously the fight is going to start with the rogue in stealth, and fire mages have little chance against a rogue if they're equally geared.
