Actually, I just wiki'd it and Jena was the name of their town, not the name of their victim. And their victim was a guy.

I don't generally pay attention to any of the big media outlets. Nor do I read what's posted here. I fail for not caring about these kinds of stupid things?

In any case, my general advice when posting a news story is to post some kind of discussion about it, or at least to give an opinion about it. That's advice and not a rule, of course, I just find that it provokes better discussion.

It should be a rule, though. Otherwise I could just find myself a RSS from a major news site, load it up in Thunderbird and label it "things Craz3d will probably post about in five minutes".
