He did defy the police officer's simple request, but I don't think he did the right thing by arresting him.

Man, with as many douche bag cops out there as are showing up on the news right now you'd think other cops would start putting the douche bag ones in line

and this cop was a Sargent too so he was in charge of the whole thing.
