Where does it say that?  Also, I see a thing for anti-spyware on the hotbar site.

Now that I think about it, that's probably classified as AdWare (since it shows you ads and crap) instead of SpyWare (which sends back usage statistics)

Apparently, to become a "Microsoft Certified Partner", all you have to do is pay.

My dad was a MCP, and he told me he had to pay to stay one.
