Unsolved Mindfuck?

Can anyone figure this out? I found it on 4chan (pl0x don't kill me).

All that I noticed is that the Canadian has his eyes closed, and the American looks gay.

You know, a lot of the "mindfuck" images don't have anything in them.  They're put there to make people like you stare at them for hours.  :)
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

He posted it as an attachment, but it's possible that different groups might have different permissions with attachments (I hate SMF permissions!). Somebody want to troubleshoot?
