Stupid Tokyo Cop

Tokyo's chief anti-drunk driving cop has been busted for drunk driving, according to Reuters.

He was caught after bumping into another car and veering off the road. He just avoided total tragedy by not teaching a weekend student driver's course.

When he got out of the car, he reeked of alcohol and couldn't walk straight, according to one police official.

That's efficient, a police officer who administers his own sobriety test. That'll save the department some dollars.

I was driving around town (nighttime) last weekend, and saw some drunk idiot trying to back in to a spot that was half the size of his car. He was blocking the road I was trying to drive down, and he hit the car behind the spot he couldn't fit in 3 times before he just peeled out and drove away. Didn't look like did any serious damage, but what a dick!
