Good, nothing should happen to him, because all he did was smoke some weed. At least he admitted to it, since the picture isn't really proof of much.

I like when public icons challenge the status quo. That aside, he's a moron for smoking in front of people he obviously can't trust. If he smoked in front of me, I'd definitely snap a picture and sell it to a magazine.

Did anyone watch the video clip on that site Newby linked? lol.  Amazing how they seemed to think DUI and smoking weed at a party are somehow comparable offenses.
