It's often a one-hit-kill anyway, if your Intelligence is higher than their constitution
Although technically it's not right, we play out extremely high damage TTYF's as more powerful spells. I remember one time it got so ridiculously high that the GM decided that it went off as a Hellbomb Burst (in a compaign I wasn't a part of).
Here's the description of Hellbomb Burst from the book, "Disintegrates up to 100 cubic feet of anything. Releases a lot of heat when doing so." (the range is 150feet)
