Sorry about the late post but some information added.

This will be the last movie in the series. So you can say goodbye to gambit since he was previously supposed to be one of the main stories in x4(I'm irate, I <3 gambit). Apparently though they're branching off into solo movies as in the life of Wolverine and one other, Not sure what it is yet. Buddy of mine is a supervisor at our local theatre so I get to see a private screening a few days before the actual movie is up in theatres. GG
