I just got put in charge of the site for my boss' law practice.

Dex Web Clicks is the host & designer.  The site is basically to get his name out there and let people know what type of law he practices, I suppose it works just fine for that.
Anyway, do any of you have any suggestions of what I might want to change (if I even can change stuff on this page)?

Well, just by glancing at the website I would assume that Joe is somehow hurt.  Did he catch his hand in a car door or something?

Yeah, words need to be changed, the layout looks decent, but not terribly eye catching.

Best part is he is paying $100 for this crappy service.

If it comes down to it, I might be PMing Sidoh & see if he wants to take on a small project of designing and possibly managing this site.  We'll see, though.

As it is now, I don't like it nor does my boss.  We were allowed about 1.5 weeks to submit information/content to the site designer before it was published :(
Its very "cookie cutterish" right now, ew.

Use google maps for the directions, and integrate it into the page.

Just change "INJURED" to "INJURED?" and then have some subtext that says "We can help" or something like that.  I wouldn't mind taking up this sort of work, as long as I don't have to do much layout stuff.  I'm pretty bad at that, but I'll do it if it needs done. :)

I like Romi's idea.  That's always nice.

Jesus. A $100 dollars you say? What the hell did they do copy freeweb's defualt layouts and just paste the HTML code and some text?

yeah, I was thinkin that too.

he's been practicing for...25? yrs I think, it ought to say something about that.

I'll get what content he wants & then figure out what to change & all.  Using the DexClicks sitebuilder is annoying, this thing is ghetto as hell


You HAVE to use the MSN map thing, as far as I can find.
