I never said that.  But anyone in their right mind, diabetic or not, would not leave a syringe on a bus which goes through Camden.  Some reasons:
a) If they were diabetic, they probably do heroin too, so save a needle.
b) If they weren't diabetic, they probably did heroin.
c) If they weren't diabetic and weren't a heroin user, they were a dealer, and leaving merchandise is a no-no

That's true too.  I think it's much more likely that a poor person would be diabetic than a heroin addict.
