Actually there is more poverty in Canada than the USA, not the mention the extreme cold weather. USA is a great country, freedom + power = a  privilage.

Doesn't Canada cold on average totally PWN American cold?

If it was just one temperature measurement, we'd be the same...cause of Alaska...but I think Most of Canada is cold the Most of America Most of the time. BBRBRRR

I would definitely imagine so, but I doubt most of the high-contributing areas in Canada are inhabited.
