The ORLY is cause he smokes and quite recently has been in alot of films that have scenes related to smoking with him 'starring' that scene.

And Hell, a few other country stars admitted to smoking with him also.
It aint doin no harm!
Now if he was out beating people up while high, that would be worth talking about.
But jsut smoking isn't that special.

That would be funny, and IIRC they arrest and detain for 24 hrs on the 1st offence, after that its a week + a large fine, for posession of corse, larger quantities will get years.
