Not exactly, I gave up on the habit of biting my nails.  When I do it now, it's fully controlled and because they are getting uncomfortably long.  For awhile I used nail clippers, but I didn't like it, nail clippers don't cut it the way I like it (short?).  So yeah, I gave up the habit.  I decide when to bite them, so my nails actually grow out.
