Number organization

I read this in a book recently.

Numbers are often arranged in different ways, with zero before 1-9 and sometimes with it at the end, how are these numbers organized?


8   5   4   9   1   7   6   3   2   0

Alphabetically:

eight, five, four, nine, one, seven, six, three, two, zero.
