I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Where the fuck were you? :p

Wouldn't you like to know...

but yeah tonight was the worst night ever. first we get cheerios  ;D which was cool but when we walk back to our cars there is this mustang that is going at least 70 on a 45 street and almost hits us. then one of my friends parents gets all anal. then someone scraped my car (hit and run). then that ruined my night so i was like fuck i am going home to sleep this off. so here i am.

ex invited us to hang out at bar.
we get there, my friends leave, other friend shows up.
I have one (tall/24oz) beer.

I leave, frustrated cause dude is hitting on ex and she isnt exactly discouraging it while texting me that it's awkward etc.
I spin tires twice.
Cop pulls me over, smells beer, asks how many I had, I say one (it was).  He asks if I was mad at a girlfriend.  He does finger test (back and forth) says I had more than one cause my eyes are shaking (nervous as hell), I say a tall new castle, he replies "we get a 50% discount there, they'll tell me how much you had," again I say a tall new castle.  He makes me walk a parking lot line, I do it not tapping my heels to my toes.  He says going it again heel-to-toe ::).  I do that fine and dandy.
I end up with a ticket for "racing engine, squealing tires" (he said three times, I know it was only twice, but I was not in a situation to argue it).
Asks why I did it, I said frustrated because of the situation with my ex, he said "no girls is worth it, well, maybe she is ... but not a ticket"

I was completely polite, as usual when dealing with people older/with more authority than me.

Off to court on monday morning ... yay?

So, I guess this does answer the question we had earlier about the legality of getting on your engine/squealing tires. Goddamnit, what a useless law.

I used to live on an intersection where people liked to show off/race, and I can safely say that at 2am on school nights, that's a law I wish they enforced. I *hate* being woken up by people screeching their tires..

I can see if it's a noise problem... Maybe a law regarding residential areas during the time when a noise complaint call is effective: 11:00PM-6:00AM

I went to the gun show today, nothing awesome. Went to a local gun shop afterwards and bought a Springfield XD 45 ACP

Too bad after he took my papers and license to the the background check that he forgot to give me my license back and that the store was closed and he was gone when I ran back by . He ain't open 'til tuesday again ... so I can do virtually nothing 'til then.
