I doubt that radioactive kit is the least bit dangerous.  I have a friend who worked with radiation a lot (at Los Alamos lab), and he said that most radioactive stuff is completely harmless.
depending upon the level of radiation...otherwise it'll kill you  :P

but yeah, i bet that kit isnt strong enough to do much of anything (same for the marble, or they wouldnt sell them)

I don't think Uranium is nearly as dangerous as they make it out to be. However, stuff like Polonium is. Po is highly radioactive, and you can buy too. Granted, you can only buy a needle tip of it at a time.

I still don't find a dose of radiation healthy :D

We need the sun, in a way. But I know that we receive radiation all the time, and I still say it is unhealthy, doesn't mean it is unavoidable! :P

Radiation is an extremely broad term.  Vision is possible only because of radiation.

O.o I am talking about radiation that can cause harm! :P

And minorly radioactive elements, like the ones in that toy, don't.  Like I said, radiation isn't as dangerous as it's made out to be.

And Ergot, the brick isn't radiation that can cause harm, it only fits half the definition.  :P

Why not throw a brick of Uranium ore at me?
