False positives are uncommon and it's been proven the act is working, I don't see a negative.

LMAO so my IT teacher is this super huge nerd and some people think he's gay by the way he talks. It's funny. Today I was carrying some old computers in the work room and noticed something on the wall: "*****(name) T*MCHK SUCKS COCK". Obviously he didn't see that yet...
Trust, you just said that every American citizen is a criminal
and that the USAPATRIOT Act doesn't create a police state.

Isn't part of the situation that the PATRIOT act creates that people who are against the government are punished? And isn't the entire point of the American government to keep power away from the government? Democracy means "rule by the people", but when the government exerts extra control, the rule is no longer by the people, it's by the government. And that's no called "democracy" anymore, there are other names for that.
fuck allfo you i dont give a fuck ill fight everyone of you fuck that sbhit fuck you
The point of the Constitution is to limit government drastically. We're a republic because in a democracy the people vote and public opinion is not public interest.
