Last night:
Friend invited me & another buddy up to (basically) Ruidoso, NM.  We drove out there to his house, about 2:45 of driving, and chilled at his house a little while.  We ate then loaded up some plywood to take out to "The IT."
We drove 20 minutes out to a girl's house in Capitan, NM to meet up with some more folks.  From her house we drove another 15 to "The IT." 
"The IT" is just an OLD gravel pit ::)...decent place to party though.  Unfortunately a big party out there consists of about 15 people they were saying :D.  We had a fire in an old truck bed, sat around and drank. 
My sympathy went out to my buddy that invited us up.  The girl's house we stopped at is a friend of his that he's got a thing for.  She recently (I'm told) broke it off with her long time (not good) boyfriend.  But last night she was with another guy.  Poor poor Gus.

we just had our senior banquet which is a dance. and this year it was at the zoo which was a cool twist on things. things went fine the first half, which consisted of senior standout awards (I won most spirited) and a dinner. the second half was dancing. at first no one was dancing except this mentally ill black guy who got his groove on while listening to Michael jackson. then everyone else joined in.

but what sucked was during the dance the lights were on at full blast, it was outdoors so it was kinda cold, and there was a no freak dancing rule which totally sucked balls. so after about an hour of awkward dancing we left to my friends house and partied. oh yeah i got kicked out for dancing to freakyish :P well not kicked out but i just got a time out( you get the picture).

That's super super gay. Sounds like it was worth the $60. Totally!

Skip the $60 for a crappy dinner/standouts/dancing, and just go party next time. :)
