I'm thinking about taking a grad course at John Hopkins this summer... hmmmm, Foundations of Software Engineering, Foundations of Algorithms, or Foundations of Computer Architecture... I'm partial to Foundations of Algorithms, but I know that Foundations of Software Engineering should be the easiest (I think).  And I have no clue how motivated I will be in the summer to do a grad course while working full time.

Last final = May 11th. Then I have a few days off until we have our commissioning week activities going on around here. Then I'll leave for a month of training in San Diego, followed by a month of leave, followed by a month of training back here. (the last two months could be switched if I get lucky)

I feel really good about myself.

In other news, I threw in my cash and became an official iPhone app developer, and also signed up for a student scholarship to WWDC. I mentioned "iPhone" (their major focus this year) about 50 times in my application, and did some hardcore sucking up to Apple, but my resume was pretty unimpressive, so I'm not getting my hopes up of being one of the top 300. But if I am, I'm going to have to mow some serious lawns to get travel / hotel.

Because they're subscriptions... that you subscribe to.. that's kind of how the scam works.
