I accepted the job offer, eh.  I think this will be the best option for me.  I don't plan on getting married anytime soon and having kids.  I'll just get my masters from University of Maryland or John Hopkins in a few years which Northrop will pay for.  I'll set some money aside in the meantime so that in case I feel the same way about pursuing my doctorate in a few years, I can go back to school fulltime and have some additional spending money.

good stuff. I am setting a little money aside every paycheck i get, about $50 a paycheck which is about $100-$150 a month.

It's always good to save for your future.  Hell, I realized a month ago when doing my taxes with my Dad that I completely forgot about the savings account I opened in high school because I never use it anymore now that I have a checking account... I had ~$5k that I saved from the summers I worked back then.  It was a pleasant surprise.

Kind of, anyway.  I left a voicemail.

I just signed a contract with Symantec. I stand to make $0.00 off it!

I'm under NDA, but I'll talk about it once I can :)

She called me back at 6:30 (8:30 her time...) and confirmed.  I guess I know what I'm doing this summer, lol.

Just inducted 4 new members into UPE.  We had 5, but one of them didn't show up for the ceremony (nor give notice he beforehand that he couldn't make it) and so he's forfeited his invite.  What a nub.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Yeah. I tested it (sent "hmm"), then subscribed to some people that were constantly sending out updates about the status of the fires. This way, I didn't have to wait on the news to get valuable information. People went around and tweeted about where the fires were, if they were growing, etc.
